Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Trident Arms, LLC offers a 30-day Return Policy for general merchandise (other than firearms or ammunition). If you are not satisfied with the product, simply return it for a refund or exchange (less shipping cost & restocking fee). No returns on merchandise will be accepted without prior written permission from Trident Arms, LLC. A 20% restocking fee will be restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. No refunds will be given for products and packaging not returned in original condition and original packaging. You will need to contact us to obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product.

If you need to return an item, contact us via email or phone. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Items Requiring NFA Approval

Payment required upon submittal of NFA paperwork. A non-refundable Fee of $50 per order charged for NFA processing. A restocking fee of 25% charged for any cancellation of items requiring NFA approval.


Custom Orders

A Non-refundable 50% Deposit is required. Custom orders cannot be returned for refund.


Foreign Sales

All sales are only to the United States of America. We cannot ship any gun parts to any foreign country.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain states. Pre Ban rifles & high capacity magazines are unavailable in the following states: California, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


** If you need to ship a firearm to us. You must contact us first!

If you need to ship a firearm to us, there are some rules that you must follow when shipping firearms. UPS is the preferred carrier for shipping firearms.

You MUST contact us PRIOR to shipping anything to us so we can coordinate your shipment and what needs to be done to your firearm with it once it arrives. Please include written directions on the work you would like performed.

Shipping firearms within the United States is not difficult, but there are some things you need to know first. Here are some instructions for sending us your firearm.

Follow these instructions carefully! Failure to properly follow these instructions could delay your package's arrival or be in violation of federal law!

5 Steps to shipping a firearm. PLEASE FOLLOW THEM ALL.

     1. The firearm MUST be unloaded. This cannot be stressed enough. Double and triple check this! Have someone else check it just to make sure.

     2. DO NOT ship ammunition in the same box as the firearm. We don't need your ammunition.

     3. You MUST advise the shipping clerk that the box contains a firearm.

     4. DO NOT mark the outside of the box in an way that would indicate there is a firearm inside.

     5. Make a PHOTOCOPY OF YOUR STATE DRIVER LICENSE and include it in the package. On the photocopy, CLEARLY PRINT the address you want the firearm returned to (hopefully this is the same address listed on your license) and your phone number, and if you have and use one, your email address.

An individual is allowed to ship a firearm directly to an FFL for repair, replacement or whatever, IF THE APPLICABLE LAWS ARE FOLLOWED.

As an FFL, we MUST ship (or return) a firearm ONLY to the return address given by the shipper/owner at the time the package was shipped. If this is not possible then the package must be sent to an FFL in the original shipper’s state of residence. All shipments, to us, must be made to our permanent address. We will send you our shipping address once you have contacted us using the contact information provided above.

Please be sure to adequately package anything you are sending us to prevent damage. In most cases, a couple layers of bubble wrap will provide a good barrier of protection during shipping. We will not be responsible for any items that were damaged during shipping due to poor packing or rough shipping and handling. It's our policy to document every firearm we receive with a date and time stamped photograph. If there appears to be visible damage from shipping, we will contact you prior to performing any service work on the item.

Be sure to insure the contents of your package for the replacement cost of the item(s) you are shipping with the shipping provider.
